If you have received your system and are still experiencing the situation that the system was repaired for, there are a couple of things you need to look into.

First its very important to inspect the packaging. Sometimes when your system is shipped out it can take a rough ride home. We have been let down by some shipping issues which are most common during very busy holiday and shopping seasons. If you are experiencing an error with your system within the first 7-10 days of receiving the console, please inspect the packaging and immediately initiate a damage claim with our shipper (UPS). Please clearly indicate the tracking number to UPS when you file claim. It is also crutial to keep the packaging at this point. In the first two weeks you receive your unit, keep the packaging so if for any reason you need to return ship the system to us we expect the original quality packaging we used to return your console.

Second, notify your engineer with the tracking number and detailed information of your machine so that they have an idea of when to expect it and what kind of symptoms you noticed. The more information you are able the provide the better able your engineer will be to help repair your console.

We will once again provide Free Return Shipping after we have repaired and tested the machine thoroughly. In most cases we expect to keep the system for 48-72 hours extended testing time. This ensures us that the machine will return to the customer without further issue.
