| 6. How do I ship my unit to VideoGame911.com? |

| This is really simple. First make sure that it is packaged really well so that it does not get damaged during shipment. Choices for shipping include FedEx, UPS or DHL.
We ask that you include the power supply cord and the AV cord (cord that connects the unit to the TV).
To get the unit in for repair as quickly as possible, we recommend 2 day service, otherwise Ground service is fine. You may also ship it to us through your local post office. Ground shipping should be about $10 or less through any carrier.
We accept International shipments and we ship Worldwide, however are not responsible for International Customs clearance fees if they apply.
Please make sure that you ship your unit to the mailing address found on the Order Confirmation Page that you print out when shipping your unit to us for repair. We have recently changed locations amd the website still lists our old address. The Order Conformation Page that you prints and submit with your unit lists the correct address and it is listed below as well.

Finally, if you do not want to bother packing it, simply take the entire unit to any UPS Store, Kinkos or Staples. They all provide pack and ship services.

| 7. How do I know how much it will cost to fix my video game system? |

| Once we receive and inspect your unit, we will send you a report and an estimate through the Client Control Panel. Once you review the estimate and approve the repair, you will be able to pay for the repair from within the Client Control Panel. You can pay with PayPal or using any major credit card through our secure servers! We will not start any repair until we have your direct approval. In general you can expect to pay about $79.95 for a basic DVD replacement, $119.95 and up for a hard drive & motherboard combo repair replacement and $19.95 for a system cleaning. These prices include return shipping via DHL Ground. |
