To get started, go to our homepage and fill out a repair order on the right where it says LOCAL DROP OFF, or just come in and drop off the system M-F 10-6pm EST. If you are looking for same day service, please come before noon. Please fill out an order and detail any questions or concerns you may have with the system if you need more information.
www.VideoGame911.com is a worldwide provider and we ship using DHL worldwide, UPS, and the US postal service. APO’s internationally are serviced by USPS. Please be aware that we are not responsible for customs and additional shipping charges and we must ship to the confirmed payment address with your order.
Most of our repairs are completed within 24 hours of our receipt of your unit. In a small percentage of cases, the repair may can take two or three business days depending on diagnostics, backup, and extended testing times. There will be continuous status updates sent to keep you in the loop about your system status through our process.
Once you complete an online Repair Order you can ship your unit to us. You will also receive an e-mail confirmation of your order. Let us know your tracking number through your online order, and your assigned technician will provide information in detail as soon as it arrives at our location.

This is really simple. First make sure that it is packaged really well so that it does not get damaged during shipment. Choices for shipping include FedEx, UPS, USPS, or DHL. We also have our Total Protection Service which sends a box and packaging straight to you.
We ask that you include the power supply cord and the AV cord (cord that connects the unit to the TV).
To get the unit in for repair as quickly as possible, ship as soon as your order is created. Tri State area Ground Shipping with the major carriers is NEXT DAY so there is no reason to pay more. You may also ship it to us through your local post office. Ground shipping should be about $15 or less through any carrier.
We accept International shipments and we ship Worldwide, however are not responsible for International Customs clearance fees if they apply.
Please make sure that you ship your unit to the address in the confirmation that you print out when shipping your unit to us for repair. The Order Conformation Page that you print and submit with your unit lists the correct address and it is listed below as well.

Finally, if you do not want to bother packing it, simply take the entire unit to any UPS Store, Kinkos or Staples. They all provide pack and ship services. Don’t forget to checkout our Total Protection service.
