Our focus and detailed process cares for your system and your precious saved data. During our repair process, we also perform the necessary routine service and actions which keep the device in working order (known as scheduled maintenance).
Our repair process can provide many options such as repair, purchase for parts, trade in, and we always provide the option for the return of your system back to you. Please be aware that while we provide FREE return shipping to our repair customers, each system we inspect goes through a customized diagnostics process. The "bench time" required for an estimate and returning the system back to the customer is a minimum payment of $19.99. If there is physical damage to the system, or if the system requires additional and significant troubleshooting steps, additional bench time may be required.
